There are three types of meat to choose from. After choosing domestic beef, Kuroge Wagyu beef, and Matsusaka beef, you can also choose the volume of meat. All meals come with three types of Small dish, soup bowls, and assorted vegetables, and the rice, made with Koshihikari rice grown in Chiba Prefecture, is served with free refills throughout the day.

Our popular topic is gaining media attention! You can enjoy our new texture hamburger, "Shoutaian Hamburger," made with premium black wagyu beef that is so tender it’s almost drinkable, available all day. Choose from our classic sauces: Japanese-style grated daikon ponzu, demi-glace, or cheese & demi-glace. This dish comes as a set with three small side dishes, a soup, and a variety of seasonal vegetables, and you can enjoy unlimited refills of rice made from Chiba Prefecture’s own "Koshihikari" throughout the day!

There are three types of shabu shabu courses to choose from, including Wagyu beef shabu shabu and plenty of Japanese flavor. The basic course costs 6,600 yen, the sirloin and lean thigh shabu shabu-shabu course costs 8,250 yen, and the luxurious special course including the famous "drinkable Hamburg" costs 9,000 yen.
