Hamburg Steak has been loved by everyone for many years. A 7:3 blend of ground Wagyu beef and fatty Yamato pork. Freshly combined patties are baked to order. First, the surface of the patty is baked over high heat to prevent the meat juices from coming out, and then baked evenly in a steam convection oven. In 1966, Mikasa Kaikan's first head chef, Shochiku Sato, began serving roast beef at "Haruna" on the second floor of the main building. The roast beef, which the 77-year-old head chef served at the time, repeatedly repeated "carefully, carefully" as if talking to himself, is loved by many customers and remains a popular menu item today. Since then, it has followed the British style of thinly slicing the beef and topping it with gravy. This historic dish will be served to customers on a trolley service on the 29th of every month only.
