I want to spread this flavor in Japan! With this in mind, we learned how to make Assam Laksa on Penang Island, and after much trial and error, we perfected it.This is a must-try dish when you visit our store. Most of the ingredients are purchased from the Malaysian market to recreate the authentic taste. The refreshing and rich soup is made with chewy, smooth noodles made from rice flour and Bubble tea flour, mackerel stock, and several herbs that are difficult to obtain in Japan.Once you try it, you'll be hooked. Please enjoy it.
Food "Malay Chan Sauce"
Malay Chan Sauce, which is made by boiling down shrimp extract and herbal ingredients, is like miso or soy sauce in Japanese Cuisine. At our restaurant, we use plenty of homemade original sauces made by our mom who personally traveled to Malaysia and carefully selected the ingredients. We offer a wide variety of dishes, including the classic nasi goreng, stir-fried vegetables, grilled fish, and noodle soup.
