Food Drama "Gekikara-dou"
Dinga, the restaurant featured in the TV Tokyo drama "Gekikara Dou," is a must-visit! Starring Teruaki Kiriyama from WEST, it was used in the welcome party scene of Season 1, Episode 1. Our "Super Spicy Course" became a huge hit during filming! You can adjust the spice level, so just let us know when you order. By the way, it also made an appearance in Season 2, Episode 7!
Food Delicious Kimchi!
Our homemade kimchi is a favorite among our regular customers. At Tatsuya, our "Homemade Kimchi" features a delicious sauce that makes it perfect for enjoying on its own. As it ferments and develops a tangy flavor, it can also be used in dishes like kimchi stew or kimchi fried rice, requiring no additional seasoning. Please note that we do not use commercially available kimchi.

In particular, for Korean cuisine, we use several types of high-quality chili peppers sourced from Korea, depending on the dish. We believe in using safe ingredients and no additives, and our seasonings (yangnyeom) are blended at our own factory in Seoul.
