Italian cuisine is rooted in Italian culture, yet Italian Cuisine tailored to the tastes of Japanese people. We are especially particular about the ingredients. ``I want to support good ingredients that are unknown to the world.'' With this in mind, the owner of ``Food Mania'' carefully selects seasonal ingredients from all over Japan. We also get vegetables, seasonings, and wild game that are not available on the market. We combine excellent ingredients with the skills of our experienced chefs to create exquisite dishes. In particular, the ``horse meat tartare'' is a must-try, with its simple yet deep flavor.
