Chinese Cuisine that values the "aesthetics of subtraction" of simple and gentle seasoning that brings out the quality of the ingredients, inherited from the late Mr. Wang Huiren. We pay close attention to every detail, including seasonings, and use French sea salt for salt, vegetable oil instead of lard, and three types of soy sauce depending on the dish. Now, his daughter Wang Sanhe has taken over the business and tries to use all the ingredients to avoid wasting as much as possible. Sometimes we also incorporate specially cultivated vegetables grown in our own fields.

``Stir-fried egg and tomato'' is a chef's standard dish that harmonizes the aroma of smoked meat with the sourness of tomatoes. By frying all at once with a powerful flame, it retains its aroma while adding a deep smoked aroma. We also offer ``Fried horse mackerel with anise sauce'', which is finished with an original sauce that has a slightly sweet and soft taste, and ``Black sweet and sour pork'', which is made only with meat that has a mellow sourness and sweetness. We also recommend the ``shrimp aroma steamed'' and ``shrimp spring rolls'' where you can enjoy the sweetness and texture of shrimp.

Our store is located in a corner of a residential area, 5 minutes walk from Shinjuku Gyoemmae Station. The interior of the store, which is based on white and is surrounded by bright lighting, is a clean and elegant space. It has a small and warm atmosphere, and on weekday lunches it is crowded with people working in the office district, and on Saturdays it is crowded with young couples and families. Dinner is perfect for casual entertaining, dates, and dining with family and friends. Please relax and unpretentious in a wide range of settings.

We offer over 10 types of red and white wines each. Champagne and non-alcoholic sparkling drinks are also popular. We regularly change our sake lineup and stock carefully selected brands. For the shochu, we have selected a rice shochu with a soft flavor that does not conflict with Chinese Cuisine. We also have a variety of Shaoxing wines, so please enjoy a variety of alcoholic beverages to match your dishes.

Even after Chef Wang passed away, this food philosophy remains the core of this restaurant. The origin of the store's name comes from Mr. Wang's Chinese words, ``Kifuji'', which means ``one who creates happiness''.
