Shinjuku's only raw meat application approved and provided. We meet strict standards for raw meat, which has become increasingly difficult to provide in recent years, and provide it safely and securely.

All rooms are Yakiniku (Grilled meat) roasters, which exhaust the air from inside the store to the outside along with the smoke from the yakiniku, resulting in excellent ventilation efficiency.

* Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Kanau is particular about purchasing the top-ranked three major types of Japanese beef, and we purchase Kobe beef from Ueda Livestock, which has won numerous awards at the Kobe Beef Beef Carcass Competition, and is delivered directly from the farm. *Matsusaka beef is a rare Matsusaka beef that has been fattened for over 32 months and only uses BMS 10 or higher.
