The most distinctive feature of the famous teppanyaki Gyoza / Dumpling is the bean paste, which is made by combining two types of minced meat with different coarseness. All preparation is done by hand, and we pay particular attention to everything from the number of pleats to the color of the roast. Wrapped in bite-sized pieces of skin, spread on a hot iron plate without any gaps and grilled, it's full of volume! The outside is fragrant and crispy, and the inside is so juicy that the meat juices spill out as soon as you break the skin!

We offer local sake ordered from all over the country at reasonable prices. We have a variety of authentic shochu available, including potato, barley, rice, soba, and brown sugar. Of course, it goes perfectly with Kyushu cuisine! We also receive premium brands once every few months, so please feel free to ask our staff. We also have a full lineup of fruit wines, including plum wine! You can enjoy it in your favorite way, such as on the rocks, with water, or with soda.

The mackerel has been raised for three years in the rough waves of the Oita Bungo Channel and by the hands of passionate local producers, and is of the highest quality in terms of firmness and fat! You can enjoy comparing the dorsal meat, which is firm and has a crunchy texture, and the ventral meat, which is creamy and fatty but doesn't taste bitter due to its freshness. It's so delicious that it overturns all concepts. The sweet fat and plump texture are the best match with the carefully selected sweet potato shochu!
