"Menya Kaijin" in front of the south exit of Shinjuku Station also has a limited-time menu of salt Ramen recommended for female customers.
Menya Kaijin, a Ramen restaurant located near JR Shinjuku Station, is a famous restaurant that specializes in salt Ramen. The seafood flavor is concentrated in the soup stock, which is made by broilin
...g the fresh fish that is purchased every day and then carefully cooking it. The soup goes perfectly with the special salt sauce and is characterized by a beautifully clear soup. The fish that arrive is different every day, so you can enjoy the taste of the soup that changes every day. The noodles that go with the soup are specially made noodles made from a blend of two types of flour. Although the noodles are thin, they have a firm texture that brings out the flavor of the soup. For an additional 150 yen, you can add ``heshiko-yaki rice balls'' to the signature menu item ``Aradaki Salt Onigiri'' (¥830). The ``Kaishin-style'' method is to put Onigiri, which have the scent of roasted heshiko in the air, into the soup and eat them zosui-style.
