The concept of our Nishi-Shinjuku main store is "Delicious Chicken Flavor." We are back to regular hours, open until 10 PM on weekdays and 9 PM on weekends and holidays.
Menya Sho offers two locations: the Nishishinjuku Main Branch, focusing on the rich flavor of chicken, and Menya Sho Minato, which emphasizes the deliciousness of sea bream. In January 2022, we will o...pen a new shop dedicated to the savory taste of miso.
The question of what makes delicious ramen is one that may never have a definitive answer. Even a ramen that has been perfected through repeated trials can lose its impact over time. That's why we always keep "change" in mind, sometimes questioning what we've built up to create even more delicious dishes. This is our belief.
