The sister restaurant of Osaka's long-established Korean Cuisine restaurant [Kan Miichi], which has been in business for about 40 years, is opening its first store in Ebisu, Tokyo! ️A restaurant specializing in ``Ginseng Soup'', a Korean royal court dish that can be eaten as a nourishing and tonic dish. Using fresh ingredients sourced from Korea, we offer the same taste inherited from Park Sam-sun, the founder of Korean food. Enjoy to your heart's content with this exquisite soup that will permeate your mind and body.

``Boksunduga'' is a fresh raw makgeolli made in the city of Ulsan, South Korea, using a unique malt while preserving traditional brewing methods. It is also called ``champagne makgeolli'' because of the naturally occurring carbonic acid. The refreshing coolness and fruity sweetness make it very easy to drink, and it is very popular among both female and male customers! ️This is a rare sake with a limited number of bottles produced, so be sure to order it when you come! ️
