Born in Gifu Prefecture in 1984, he is the son of Mr. Satoshi Furuta, the founder of the renowned Chinese restaurant "Kaikatei" and the owner-chef of "Furuta" in Ginza. In 2009, he opened the French restaurant "Restaurant Satoshi.F" in Gifu. At the end of 2016, he changed the restaurant's name to "Chiu Ne" and made his debut in Tokyo. The dishes created daily with his refined sensibility captivate those who visit.
