A modern Japanese interior with wood grain as the main theme. There are counter seats with an iron plate in front of you, table seats that look like a stage overlooking the counter, and semi-private rooms with bright colors separated by partitions. Especially if you sit at the counter, you can enjoy the immersive view of Kaiseki cuisine. Please use it for a variety of occasions, such as dates with your loved ones, celebrating anniversaries, entertaining, and dining with family and friends.
DrinkWe offer a selection of delicious sake, including rare Japanese sake and French wine.
Marriage with Teppan Kaiseki. We always have over 20 types of sake from all over the country, mainly local sake from Fukushima, and over 150 types of wine from all over the world, mainly from France. The manager, who is knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages in general and wine in particular, will suggest a drink that will go well with your meal. A variety of dishes that fuse `` Teppan-yaki'' and traditional `` Japanese-style meal culture.'' We offer dishes that change monthly, using plenty of vegetables and seafood that are in season with the four seasons. We offer a variety of dishes that make full use of ingredients, tradition, and ideas, such as Omi beef delivered directly from a Shiga farm, and sansho rice made with seasonal ingredients and Akitakomachi stir-fried in homemade sansho oil. Our head chef, who has studied at restaurants in Kyoto and Tokyo, uses his reliable techniques to create exquisite dishes and invites you to a new gourmet experience.
A new course will start on April 15th. We look forward to welcoming you to this course where you can enjoy the four seasons.
