The owner goes out on his own, negotiates with the meat wholesaler, and has the best Kuroge Wagyu beef delivered directly to him on the same day, so he can deliver it to his customers at a reasonable price. Then, each part of the Kuroge Wagyu beef is vacuumed and wet aged to bring out the flavor of the meat itself.

Salt that crystallized 240,000 years ago in Villena, an inland region of Spain, was transported by underground rivers and appeared near the surface due to crustal movements over hundreds of years. This salt is safe and unaffected by marine pollution, and when dried in natural wind and sunlight, it becomes natural rock salt that has been around since ancient times and contains abundant minerals.
