A quaint house that was renovated from an old folk house with a garden that was built in the early Showa era. Please spend a relaxing time at ``Afusoya'', which stands quietly in the middle of the city.

Name: Tadaaki Hasegawa Birthplace: Tochigi Prefecture Date of Birth: Born in 1968 (Showa 43) After graduating from high school, moved to Tokyo with the aim of becoming a chef and graduated from a vocational school. He began his training at the age of 19, and at the age of 21, he knocked on the door of the long-established Japanese restaurant Akasaka Fukuda-ya, where he continued to learn the basics of cooking for about 10 years. Since then, he has held the positions of head chef at numerous famous restaurants including Tsukiji Kasho Soen, Keyaki Kurosawa, and Nagatacho Kurosawa, where he continues to work until now. In October 2019, he became the head chef of "Ebisu Afsoya".

In 1980, at the age of 18, he knocked on the door of the Fukuda family, a long-established restaurant in Kioicho. After that, he received the Governor's Award for his contribution to the development of food culture through repeated training. In recognition of his achievements, he began to receive many requests from government agencies. He has served as head chef at a number of famous restaurants. While producing restaurant for celebrities, he became a supervisor and advisor to our store in August 2019.

A two-story detached house that was renovated from an old folk house from the early Showa period. On the first floor, there are 3 private rooms with tables for 4, 8, and 10 people, and the two rooms can be connected to accommodate up to 12 people. On the second floor, there are two private rooms with tables for 4 and 8 people. Our restaurant is fully booked, and we will guide you to a room according to the number of people.
