This is Crepes made from buckwheat flour that is eaten in the Brittany region of northern France. The dough for our Garrettes is made from 100% buckwheat flour from the Kitawase variety grown in Tadoshi, Hokkaido, which is the perfect place for making soba. Buckwheat flour carefully milled in a stone mill is blended with coarsely ground "coarse flour" in an original formulation. Please enjoy our carefully selected Garrettes that fully brings out the flavor and aroma of soba.
