Since opening in 2007, incanto has consistently offered its signature dish, Lamb Cacciatora, as the centerpiece of this classic course. It includes a selection of traditional appetizers, featuring a millefeuille of eggplant and burrata, and a broth made from whole fish, known as Chuppin. For the pasta, you can choose one type on the day of your visit at the table. (For groups of five or more, the pasta selection will be left to our chef's recommendation.)
