Our sister store, Hatchobori store, closed in the summer of 2019 due to eviction. Thank you for your continued patronage. The owner who was at the Hatchobori store is now at the Ebisu main store, "Fukusho." *Currently, the "Fukusho" group only includes our store "Fukusho Main Store" in Ebisu. Since 2010, ``Fukuminaki'' on the 1st floor of our building has become completely independent from our store and has become a separate affiliated store. We are on the 5th floor of the Hasegawa Building, the 4th building on the right side of the road. (This is a building with a parking space on the first floor) ◉ Directions - For those coming by car - From Komazawa Street - At the Ebisu Minami intersection of Komazawa Street, turn towards Garden Place and cross the second traffic light. Turn left onto the one-way street (before you turn, there will be a large signboard that says "Adachi Pawn Shop").Go down the one-way street, and from the end (Family Mart/Big Echo), go to the fourth store before you, on the left side of the road. It is on the 5th floor of the Hasegawa Building. (The Hasegawa Building is a building with a parking space on the first floor.) ◉ Directions - For those coming by car - From the Ebisu Garden Place direction - Cross the American Bridge from Garden Place, then turn right at the road that splits into two ( Please turn towards the Ebisu Minami intersection. Release the auto-lock and enter the building on the 5th floor. An open interior with a ceiling height of 4m. Displaying real branches such as wisteria, Japanese azalea, ivy, pothos, etc. up to the ceiling (*Difficult to obtain due to the coronavirus pandemic, other than real branches are also currently included). You can enjoy cherry blossoms in the spring, forest bathing in the deep greenery in the summer, and viewing autumn leaves in the fall in the warmth and comfort of our store. Most of Fukusho's vegetables are directly grown naturally grown vegetables and organic vegetables. A seasonal, domestically produced healthy vegetable with a rich sweetness and umami flavor. The cooking method is kept as simple as possible to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. The skin is packed with nutrients, so we try to cook the whole thing as much as possible, including the skin, stems, and roots. We are committed to providing authentic food with no synthetic food additives or chemical seasonings.

Fukusho's seafood is domestically produced. Seasonal natural seafood is delivered from ports across the country. (Seafood that requires aging is served after aging for several days). Since we opened, we have maintained the idea that ``we want our customers to fully utilize the natural flavors of the ingredients and be moved by the ingredients themselves,'' rather than just the flavor of the seasonings.
DrinkWe carry local sake and authentic shochu from all over the country.
Fukusho's water is silica water (chilled, split, etc.) from the Kirishima Federation. We provide one bottle of this natural water as a service (there is a charge for the second bottle of natural water). The draft beer is Sapporo Beer's Shirahonoka. This is a rare unfiltered white beer with live brewer's yeast that is limited to 50 restaurant nationwide. Because freshness is important for draft beer, it will not be served on the third day after opening. We also offer a wide selection of local sake and authentic shochu from all over the country.
