The flavors are diverse, ranging from a refreshing taste and lingering mineral sensation to creamy richness and sweetness. We also recommend pairing them with a selection of sake and wine, from classic to limited editions! The oysters served at our establishment are purified in a tank with ozone sterilization for 24 hours and are only used if they pass our sample checks. Additionally, we carefully wash them with electrolyzed hypochlorous acid water in-store.
