We always have 6 to 10 types of raw Oyster ordered from fishing grounds all over the country. You can taste and compare for 440 yen per piece. It has a variety of flavors, including a refreshing taste, a mineral feel that lingers on the tongue, and a creamy richness and sweetness. We also recommend pairing with sake and wine, which range from standard items to limited edition items! Oyster we offer are only those that have been kept in a septic tank for 24 hours, sterilized with ozone, and passed a sample test. In addition, we carefully clean our products in-store with hypochlorous acid electrolyzed water.
