元々このカレーは、店主があるレシピをオリジナルでアレンジし、15年以上作り続けてきたカレーです。 水を使わない現在の形にようやく落ち着きつつありますが、更なる進化を求めて、色々試行錯誤しております。 店主の本業はプロダクトデザイナーで、陶磁器などを作っており、ファッション関係者やアート関係者など、クリエイティヴなお客様が多いのは、その為です。 そういう友人たち同士が出会う場として始めたのがきっかけ
