"Charcuterie" is derived from the words "Chair" (meat) and "Cuit" (cooked), and refers to processed pork products such as sausages, ham, pate, and rillettes. The craftsman who specializes in making it is called a charcutier.
DrinkBelgian traditional “Saison beer”
Saison beer is a traditional Belgian beer that is brewed by farmers during the winter and stored for drinking in the summer. The secondary fermentation continues in a champagne-type bottle, resulting in a beer with an impressive refreshing sparring and fruity aroma. A large bottle (750ml) allows for faster fermentation and maturation than a small bottle, where you can feel its characteristics more clearly. Please enjoy a large bottle of Saison beer that goes perfectly with your meal.
