ChefFounder/Executive Chef: Momohari Tanaka
President Momohari Tanaka was born in 1945, the year the war ended, and is originally from Tokushima, Shikoku. At the age of 14, he began Yakiniku (Grilled meat) as a yakiniku apprentice at a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Osaka. In 1971, at the age of 25, he became independent and opened his first restaurant in Takarazuka, Hyogo Prefecture, and expanded into a franchise in Tokyo during the third Yakiniku (Grilled meat) boom triggered by the 2002 Japan-Korea World Cup. President Tanaka, a legend in the meat industry with over 50 years of experience, has a strong passion for ``connoisseur'' and still holds the knife in the field.

The meat we sell is basically female cows, typically virgin cows between 22 and 32 months old. It is generally said that cows are at their most delicious during this period and are highly prized.
