Enjoy a luxurious course meal made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients. Our suppliers are all reliable producers with whom the chef from Ibaraki Prefecture has had long-term relationships. Seafood is shipped directly from Choshi Port in Chiba, and vegetables are shipped directly from contracted farms in Kamakura and Ibaraki. Based on the concept of `` Restaurants where you can enjoy freshly harvested vegetables'', we strive to provide seasonal ingredients in the most delicious condition, such as salads, bagna cauda, pasta, and soups.

Our restaurant has an elegant and calm interior and is recommended for a girls' night out or a date. We have 10 counter seats that are easy for single customers to stop by, and 40 spacious table seats where you can relax. Please feel free to come with your partner, coworkers, or friends. In addition, it can accommodate up to 50 people, making it ideal for various banquets and parties such as welcome and farewell parties. Our chef, Hidehiro Motozu, was born in Ibaraki Prefecture. Gained experience at famous and popular local Restaurants, including serving as a sous chef serving modern French French cuisine at [Tokiwatei M-GARDEN]. We continue to focus on dishes made with delicious fish and vegetables from Ibaraki, and at our restaurant we also deliver dishes that not only look gorgeous, but also ``fresh ingredients make them even more delicious.''
