Our signature menu, ``Assortment of 7 carefully selected rare parts of Kuroge Wagyu Beef,'' offers 7 types selected from about 12 types. Enjoy the different flavors depending on the cut, with our additive-free homemade sauce made from bonito and kelp stock, fresh wasabi, and Khanh Hoa salt. We also recommend the legal meat sashimi, which is cooked at a low temperature to give it a raw-like texture. We have ``yukhoe'' with a melt-in-the-mouth texture, ``tongue sashimi'' and ``reba sashimi'' with a moist texture, so be sure to enjoy them with alcohol.
