In 1999, I went to Italy and saw, heard, and learned a lot. Italian cuisine repeats tradition and innovation, but also explores new directions. Like food, Italian wine is heading in many different dir
...ections. A deep love and pride in the ingredients that form the basis of all of this. But what impresses me the most is the free sensibility that Italians have, unfettered by form. Il Profumo's concept is to express a marriage of old and new Italian cuisine and wine based on such free sensibilities. We welcome a new chef with a 15-year career in Japan and Italy, and the owner, who has served at numerous ristorantes including the famous Italian restaurant Le Calandre, will warmly welcome you. Another selling point of Il Profumo is its rich selection of Italian wines. You can also enjoy the wine pairing course that goes perfectly with your meal.
