Food Meat sashimi delivered directly from Hakata
Our executive chef goes directly to the market to purchase fresh meat and offal that are pulled in the morning. We use fresh Japanese beef as sashimi or stew.
Food Mihara Tofu Shop’s hot spring boiled tofu
The soybeans are ground and then slowly simmered in a pot to lock in the flavor. Tofu has a smooth texture even when raw, but when mixed with hot spring water, it becomes even smoother.
DrinkSake and shochu mainly from Kyushu, which are rare in Tokyo.
Kyushu is said to be a treasure trove of ingredients, and sake and shochu made in places with the best ingredients are definitely delicious! We offer sake and shochu from Kyushu, which are not often found in Tokyo, under the supervision of a female salmon expert. Please come and experience Kyushu! Additionally, the vessels we offer are custom-made pottery vessels that we have visited many times at a kiln in Arita, Saga Prefecture, to have them made specifically for Tokyo. *There is also an all-you-can-drink course.
