Mr. Iwasaki of Yokosuka's whitebait fishing boat "Yamamomaru" delivers the precious "raw whitebait" harvested first thing in the morning directly to us every day. Enjoy raw shirasu with ginger soy sauce, whose transparency shows its freshness. We also recommend the kettle-fried whitebait, which is fresh whitebait boiled at the fishing port.In addition to whitebait, we also purchase carefully selected fresh fish from all over the country from Yokohama Central Market every day, including whitebait, red sea bream, and sardines.
