Space◆ Pursuing the unique space of Katsuyoshi (with antique and solid wood) to the limit
This store was built to the limit with the goal of ``creating a luxurious and comfortable space that is unique to Katsukichi, even though it is located in a high-rise building in the city center.'' Abandoning the store's focus on efficiency, we used as much solid wood as possible to the limit of the building regulations.
Food ◆The highest quality Iwanaka pork is carefully fried by our craftsmen.
Our Pork Cutlet is made with ``Japanese brand pork such as Iwanaka pork'' wrapped in local eggs and the highest quality raw breadcrumbs. We use a traditional manufacturing method for over 60 years, which involves deep frying in fresh corn salad oil. The set meal comes with rice (domestic first-class rice), three types of pickles, fresh vegetable salad, and Hatcho miso red soup stock. Please enjoy your time with our freshly fried dishes.
