Our courses are served with one dish per person for all dishes. You can also enjoy one of our signature "salted grilled Nodoguro" per person. Our recommendation is the "Hanabishi Course" for 8,000 yen with all-you-can-drink. The course features Nodoguro, which is rich in high-quality fat and flavor, and is made up of sashimi and seasonal ingredients that bring out the original flavor of the ingredients. The "Fluffy Shrimp Shinjo", which is made using traditional methods and Hanabishi's unique craftsmanship, is also popular. Other dishes that are noteworthy include dishes made with brand chicken delivered directly from a designated farm in Gifu Prefecture.

We always have about 8 to 10 types of sake that go well with Japanese-style meal. The standard local sake is carefully selected from Niigata, Gifu, Kanagawa, Mie, and other prefectures to complement the dishes. Depending on the time of year, we also purchase seasonal sake from all over the country, so be sure to find your favorite drink. We also offer rare whiskeys such as ``Yamazaki Single Malt'' and ``Yamazaki 12 Years''. We also have special ``Japanese sours'' such as homemade ``Raw Sudachi Sour'' and ``Raw Squeezed Lemon Sour.''

The store is equipped with private rooms that can accommodate 2 to 6 people. This is a modern Japanese room with a bright plain wood table. Each floor has a different interior, and the second floor is a warm space with simple walls and gentle light. There are two private rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people, which can be connected to accommodate up to 8 people. On the third floor, beautiful golden folding screen paintings create an even more luxurious feel. With a calm atmosphere that feels like a hideout, it is recommended for entertaining, dates, and dinner with loved ones.

In addition to the interior, there is a lot of attention paid to everything from the interior to the utensils used. We serve Japanese tableware such as Oribe tableware and Japanese-style meal ware that complements the dishes.
