Seafood is flown in every day from Nanao in the Noto region of Ishikawa Prefecture, where the manager is from. When a local customer came to Tokyo, he happened to visit our restaurant, and after tasting the sashimi, he said, ``It's the same as if you didn't eat it in Nanao, it's delicious!!'' I was very happy when he said this in perfect dialect.

Our signature winter menu since our founding! ! 98% of customers order it during the peak season. Of course, you can eat it as sashimi, shabu shabu the delicious natural yellowtail with luxurious shabu-shabu. Why are you sucking? Because it tastes better.
