The plan is all-you-can-drink only, allowing you to choose your favorite food on the day of your visit. Our shop is located just one minute underground from Ginza 1-chome Station. The interior has a stylish atmosphere that blends a traditional coffee shop with a dining bar. We have 7 tables for 2 guests, 2 spacious sofa seats, and counter seats where you can enjoy watching the cooking process. Smoking is allowed during both bar time and café time. We also offer shisha, so please take a look at our in-store menu. For a perfect afternoon smoke, we recommend our coffee menu made with organic coffee beans.
Food "Specialized Smoker: Tailored for Different Ingredients and Drinks"
We take great care in using four different types of smoking methods—warm smoking, cold smoking, homemade cold smoker, and smoke head—tailored to match the ingredients and drinks. Our homemade cold smoker is a unique smoking device created specifically for long-duration cold smoking. We infuse spirits and whiskey with aroma using this homemade cold smoker, allowing you to experience a hint of sweetness, so be sure to give it a try. For wines, which are prone to oxidation, we use the smoke head for aroma infusion. You can also choose from different smoke chips, so feel free to explore your preferred scent!

Using a homemade smoker, we offer cold-smoked spirits and whiskey. Enjoy our smoked cocktails that have a sweet flavor due to the long cold smoking process. The taste becomes reminiscent of Scotch, and even a gin and tonic can feel sweeter. You can also enjoy wine that has been directly smoked over the glass. Our standard all-you-can-drink plan for 90 minutes is available for 3,000 yen and can be ordered on the day! We also have a premium all-you-can-drink option that includes beer and smoked drinks, so please feel free to inquire.
