Higashi Ginza is a city where tradition and innovation coexist. The restaurant is located in a convenient location, just a 1-minute walk from the station and just a stone's throw from the Kabuki-za Theater, and features a relaxing atmosphere. You can spend a luxurious time while feeling the natural light coming in from the large windows. It can be used for a variety of occasions, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so it's also recommended for dining before or after shopping or watching a play. We also have private rooms available, making it perfect for entertaining, anniversaries, and group banquets.

Food Enjoy freshly cooked rice using carefully selected, freshly milled rice.
We are very particular about the rice we use. After sampling more than 50 types of rice brands from all over the country, we use Takomai from Chiba Prefecture and Koshihikari from Uonuma, which are polished in-house every morning. We will have freshly cooked rice ready for you at the time of your arrival. If you make a reservation at least one day in advance, we will serve it cooked in a pot.

In the wine cellar at the entrance of the restaurant, we have a wide selection of wines and sakes carefully selected from around the world by our in-house sommelier and sake navigator. Please feel free to ask us and we will recommend the perfect drink to go with your meal and your preferences.
Enjoy our special dishes based on our "blended dashi" in a live kitchen. We also have a Teppanyaki counter that is limited to 7 people.
