*Starting in September, Matsutake mushrooms will be available. If you would like to change the steamed white rice to Matsutake rice, an additional fee of JPY 10,000 will apply. Please inform our staff on the day of your visit if you wish to make this change. We source our main ingredients and the water used for dashi from Kyoto and Kyotango, ensuring that our dishes remain true to the flavors of Kyoto. At the same time, we are introducing new dishes made with ingredients that have not been used in Kyoto before, bringing a fresh perspective to our cuisine. We aim to provide a seasonal experience, with the chef's aesthetic reflected in everything from the ingredients to the tableware and the restaurant's decor.
