ChefMurakami Hisashi - Sushi Chef
Born in Gunma Prefecture in 1980. Born and raised as the son of a sushi chef, he naturally aspired to become a sushi chef from an early age. Trained for 3 years at a sushi restaurant in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. After that, he trained for 16 years at Sushi Nakaku in Roppongi. Became independent in December 2018. We strive to create a store with a calm atmosphere, providing hospitality so that you can have a good time in a comfortable space.
