We have a wide selection of toppings that can only be found directly managed by Tsukiji Fresh Fish Wholesaler. The popular tuna is carefully selected natural Indian tuna. It is characterized by its unique aroma and fatty texture. The sea bream is plum fish grown in Nanki Kushimoto. Fukusuke is the only place in the Kanto region where you can eat plum nigiri. We always offer over 50 kinds of toppings that are particular about seasonality, production area, and freshness, such as Hokkaido salmon roe from Abashiri marinated in soy sauce using our own recipe, line-caught kinme sea bream with kelp, and the original California roll. All prices are clearly stated, and we accept orders starting from 1 piece.

The concept is ``a high-quality Japanese space.'' The interior, with its high, open ceiling and planted trees and stones, is a relaxing space full of natural flavors.
