料理Course-style Teppanyaki
You can enjoy the finest Teppan-yaki using the freshest ingredients sourced by our head chef who has been devoted to Japanese-style meal for 25 years. We incorporate "Japanese" elements into our course appetizers and other dishes using seasonal ingredients every month, and we call it "Japanese-style meal Teppan." Spend time with your loved ones over a course where you can enjoy delicious aged Yamagata beef and Japanese-style meal.
料理Aged A5 Yamagata beef aged for over 1 month
We use A5 rank Yamagata beef for our wagyu beef, which is the star of our Teppanyaki. We choose meat that is not too greasy and then age it in a special refrigerator for about a month to bring out the meat's natural flavor before serving it.

The in-store aquarium is stocked with fresh seafood such as live abalone and live tiger prawns. Teppan-yaki seasonal seafood delivered directly from Tsukiji! We use organically grown vegetables sent directly from contracted farmers in Toyama.
