I have been involved in French cuisine for over 40 years. Most of my life involves cooking. My purpose in life is to work with ingredients to serve delicious dishes and make customers happy. We also value the marriage of food and wine. Awarded the ``Cooking Masters'' award in the second Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries chef award system, which only eight people are selected for each year. We remain committed to using domestically produced ingredients. He has a diverse background, including being appointed as a cultural ambassador in Iwate and Miyagi, and working at friendly Restaurants in Gunma, Shizuoka, and Niigata.
