There are only two dishes on the menu, which have maintained the same flavors since the restaurant's founding. The ``stew'' served in earthenware pots uses the same ingredients, but we carefully select the ingredients and change the sources depending on the season. There are 4 types including beef, tongue, vegetables, and the recommended all-in-one ``mix.'' The rice is slowly simmered and the lye is carefully removed, resulting in a rich but refreshing taste that goes well with Koshihikari rice from Ishikawa Prefecture.How about the mini set that comes with mini gratin?

``Gratin'' is baked with plenty of Parmesan cheese on top. It has a delicious aroma that stimulates your appetite. The creamy white sauce is accented with shrimp, fried shiitake mushrooms, and chopped onions. Just like the stew, we carefully select ingredients that match the season. Many people are surprised at first, but please enjoy it with rice for a satisfying after-meal meal.Three generations of parents and children have been visiting this restaurant, commenting that it has a taste that hasn't changed since time immemorial.

A long-established stew specialty store founded in 1955 in Ginza, Tokyo. Our store is located near the Kabukiza Theater and has been patronized by many actors for a long time. The interior of the store is a Japanese-style space that was renovated from a warehouse used before the war. The iron door of the safe that was once used has been preserved, giving it a retro Showa era impression. There are 3 floors of seating, mainly table seats. The seats are widely spaced, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay. Perfect for dining alone or with friends after watching the theater.Reservations for large groups can also be made by phone.
