独創性と技術力を磨き続ける、熱海の老舗羊羹店。大正時代から親子4世代に渡り家業を受け継ぐ。現在は、初代鶴吉の直系男子であり曾孫の四代目鶴吉が、当主を務めている。
代表銘菓の鶴吉羊羹シリーズは、国際品評会でも優秀味覚賞を受賞をしている逸品。
