... top disciple, Mr. Yuki Nakamura, who spent about eight years honing his skills under him. In 2023, Mr. Nakamura opened his own establishment, "Nakamura," near JR Yaizu Station. The highlight of the omakase course features local fish from Suruga Bay, sourced from the well-known Yaizu fish shop, "Sasue Maeda Fish Shop." Daily consultations with the owner, Mr. Naoki Maeda, are held to pursue the optimal cooking techniques.
