清水の地魚、清水の食材にこだわり、厳選したまぐろを私、社長がみずからが直接清水魚市場から仕入れています。 鮮魚は天候や漁師さんにより毎日変わりますが、駿河湾で水揚げされた魚介類を使用しています。 駿河湾では数がそろわずスーパーなどに並ばない魚や皆さんが知らない、聞いたことがない珍しい魚貝類がたくさんいます！ 少しずつですが、こんな魚食べたことがない、こんな食べ方知らなかった、こういう食べ方もあるん
