静岡駅近く。慶長元年創業、400年の歴史に名を残す『とろろ汁』
この店の歴史は、今から400年ほど前の慶長元年にさかのぼります。東海道五十三次の20番目の宿場「丸子宿」として栄えたこの地は、自然薯が成育して薬や食料として用いられ地元の人々の栄養源となっていました。1596年（慶長元年）この宿場町の茶屋として丁子屋平吉が【丁子屋】を開いた時から現在の当主13代目、柴山馨さんまで伝統の味は受け継がれてきました。店内は安藤広重の大作「東海道五十三次」が並ぶ大広間「広
...重」をはじめ、ゆかりのある人物の名前をつけた和室が広がります。看板料理は土つくりからこだわった、自然薯を使った滋味豊かな『とろろ汁』です。また、一品や地元静岡の食材を使った料理もお楽しみください。
