At Yushuan, we have nearly 100 types of carefully selected sake that our sake sommelier has collected by walking around the brewery. Since many people are confused about which one to start with, we have prepared two types of local popular brands as a ``local sake comparison set.''
Food ``Yushuan's handmade soba'' is made by hand-kneading, hand-rolling, and hand-cutting.
Inaka Soba is made by grinding carefully selected locally produced buckwheat noodles in their shells in a stone mill, allowing you to enjoy the flavor and taste of buckwheat noodles unique to the Izumo region.

There are two completely private rooms, a tatami room that can seat up to 12 people, and a private room that can seat up to 8 people on chairs. This room can only be reserved for course meals.

This is a soba restaurant where you can enjoy local ingredients from the San'in region selected by a professional chef and local sake from the San'in region carefully selected by a sake sommelier. Our

The soba noodles are also made by hand, and the unique Izumo country-style soba noodles, made by grinding the soba noodles with their shells in a stone mill, are a masterpiece that you won't find anywhere else. We also offer banquet plans with all-you-can-drink options for 2 or more people to relax in a private room, and all-you-can-drink sake is limited to pure rice sake.
