We offer [washed sauce] and [soy sauce sauce], both of which bring out the flavor of the ingredients. 2. Specially grown premium Yumepirika rice. We offer specially grown premium Yumepirika rice, exclusively from Nakanishi in Iwamizawa, Hokkaido, which goes perfectly with Yakiniku (Grilled meat)-based yakiniku. 3. We offer Wagyu beef carefully selected by a meat scientist with 20 years of experience in the field of top-class Japanese black female beef.
