However, during the winter months, bonito is not available, so we have replaced it with seasonal yellowtail. We flamboyantly grill the fatty yellowtail over straw, enhancing its savory aroma and richness. Please enjoy this special winter delicacy!

With the idea of ``really delicious fish!'', we partner with fishing port brokers to purchase fresh fish. An assortment of fresh sashimi and appetizers prepared in a variety of ways by our head chef.
