Food We serve live eel grilled over charcoal until plump!
Fresh live eels are butchered and grilled over carefully selected charcoal, resulting in a crispy, fragrant exterior and plump meat. The secret sauce, which is made by extracting broth from the eel's head and bones and then adding to it over time, goes perfectly with Milky Queen rice from Shiga Prefecture. We offer regular (half a body), premium (a whole body), and special premium (a whole body and a half). Please enjoy the exquisitely grilled eel to your heart's content. Each eel is grilled carefully over charcoal in the Kansai style, resulting in a crispy, fragrant finish.

We recommend the luxurious "Nishokuju" where you can enjoy both the sauce and the unagi (white-grilled eel) at the same time, and the "Hitsumabushi" which you can enjoy with just the condiments or with dashi broth, allowing you to enjoy different flavors.
