We carefully select and ship directly from fishing boats directly after landing from Tosashimizu, Kochi Prefecture. Since the fish are not put on the market, there is no harm to the fish. We offer a variety of dishes including sashimi, Sushi, Tempura, and grilled fish. Once you try it, you will definitely fall in love with its freshness and taste! In addition, our vegetables are sourced from Shiga Prefecture's Omi Yasai. We work directly with farm owners and purchase freshly harvested produce with mud on it.
