We want you to enjoy seasonal ingredients, so the menu changes every month for a course that's perfect for a special occasion. The 100% handmade dishes, made with natural seafood procured by the owner with his own discerning taste, are the very essence of the ``spirit of hospitality'' that Hanajin values. What's more, we do not charge any private room charges or service charges.
Food 100% homemade hospitality food from appetizers to desserts
For 32 years, we have continued to use seasonal ingredients to create dishes prepared with care by the owner. We do not use any chemical seasonings so that you can enjoy the flavor of the ingredients, and we use hand-squeezed ponzu and daidai that have been aged for two years. We have been using vinegar to season fish (mackerel, etc.) from time to time since we opened. We also have homemade plum wine, so please enjoy it with our monthly dishes.
SpaceA horigotatsu store located in Little Edo Kawagoe
The sunken kotatsu seats, which can accommodate 2 to 30 people, are separated by sliding doors, and there are 4 rooms that can be adjusted according to the number of people. We have two special rooms available to avoid the noise of groups. The stylish, Japanese-style space can be used with peace of mind by entertaining guests and overseas guests.
Food All raw tuna and sea bream are natural!!
The photo shows a natural sea bream being cut. Have you noticed? Fresh wild sea bream...you can see the knife blade through the fillet! Of course, the raw tuna, sea bream, and amberjack are all natural. Please enjoy the natural taste that we are particular about because it is our own restaurant.
