This is the only restaurant in Kawagoe that specializes in risotto. Six to seven types are always available, including cream-based and tomato-based. A risotto with lots of vegetables and meat or seafood. Since it is brown rice, it is rich in dietary fiber and will give you energy from your stomach. We are also particular about the presentation.
