Mr. Ebihara, the chef, is at the helm of ``Kiaimu'', located in the middle of Misato town. We offer our customers dishes that exceed the level of popular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in town, including dishes made with fresh fish such as conger eel, sea bream, and filefish, as well as yakitori that covers everything from standard to rare parts.
